We always standby our service and are so confident that you will love what we do, we guarantee that when you view your images on line and if you’re not satisfied with technical quality of the image, i.e poor quality images, poor photographic skills etc, we will re-shoot your session at no charge.  Also when you get your prints or books delivered if the product is not what you ordered we will get it reprinted for you.  We offer 100% satisfaction to all our customers whether it is a portrait sitting or a full blown wedding we are here to serve your needs.

Our guarantee does not cover such things as clothing or makeup unless of course we supplied them.  If we do a re-shoot it must be reschedule with in two months of the original shoot time.  We aim to have 100% satisfaction. hence the need for timely re-shoots.
